Bellhorn to Yankees

Mark Bellhorn has declined an option to go to the PawSox and has left the team. The second baseman now plays for the Empire. Personally, I'm surprised that the Yankees even wanted Bellhorn, considering his notorious strikeout numbers. I guess one team's trash is another's treasure!

Comments:
Well, Bellhorn's 1/11 so far, although it was a HR. Mind you, he only has 3 K's so far. :-)

Really, I think Bellhorn's not a bad pickup for the Yank's since he can play any infield position. It's important to have an experienced body when you're resting your everyday players.

Having said that, I wouldn't want him back on the Sox!
